Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a second email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Please note that it may take some time for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
We kindly ask customers to cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, a small step toward reducing unnecessary transport emissions and keeping our footprint as light as our fabrics.
Orders are dispatched every Tuesday.
If you require urgent dispatch outside of our regular shipping schedule, please contact us at contact@karuma.eu and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Within Germany, delivered as an insured package within 2-4 business days.
Within the EU & Worldwide, delivery times vary depending on destination and circumstances. Each order is handled with care and dispatched promptly.
