Shipping

Once we receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a second email with a tracking number to follow your shipment.
Please note that it may take some time for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.

Orders are dispatched every Tuesday.

If you require urgent dispatch outside of our regular shipping schedule, please contact us at contact@karuma.eu and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Within Germany, delivered as an insured package within 2-4 business days.

Within the EU & Worldwide, delivery times vary depending on destination and circumstances. Each order is handled with care and dispatched promptly.

Shipping & Packaging Information

Important Shipping Update: Due to the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR) effective August 2026, we are temporarily unable to ship to other EU countries. Currently, we only ship to Germany, Switzerland, and selected non-EU international destinations.

Packaging Compliance (PPWR 2026): We are committed to sustainable and compliant packaging. All our shipments comply with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and the German Packaging Act (VerpackDG).

  • Registration: We are registered with the LUCID Packaging Register - for more information please contact us.

  • Material Information: Cardboard Box: Please dispose of the outer cardboard carton in your paper recycling bin. Tissue Paper: The inner silk paper wrapping should be disposed of in your residual waste.

  • We use biodegradable starch-based void fill for our candles shipments.  This material is fully home-compostable and dissolves easily in water.

  • Disposal: Please dispose of the packaging via your local recycling channels (e.g., paper/cardboard bins.

  • Manufacturer Marking: In accordance with PPWR requirements effective August 2026, our packages include the manufacturer’s name, address, and a batch/identification number directly on the packaging label or carton.
